McFarland Law Offices was formed in 1998 by Thomas D. McFarland, and his son, Zachary C. McFarland. Our practice is focused on helping people who have been injured through no fault of their own, or haven't been treated fairly by an insurance company. We have dedicated our careers to helping injured people obtain the compensation they deserve. We only represent plaintiffs, never insurance companies!

McFarland Law Offices is a small family practice that takes pride in offering top quality legal representation focused on your individual needs. It is important for us to keep in contact with our clients through the course of their case, and we are both easily accessible either on the phone or in person. We handle a small number of cases, so that each can receive the full attention it deserves.

McFarland Law Offices offers free initial consultations, and free second opinions on your case. Appointments are made to fit your schedule, and can be done in the evening, on weekends, at our office, or your home. We can help you get the medical treatment you need by putting you in touch with providers that do not require up front payment.
